Accepted payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Currency and taxes

All prices on vibresmode.com are in U.S. dollars (USD). State and local sales tax, where applicable, is calculated from your shipping address and shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Standard shipping is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, both PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are encrypted in transit and are never stored on our systems.

Authorization

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your card is charged when the order is placed. If we cancel an order for any reason, the charge is refunded in full within 5 business days.

Fraud prevention

Orders are screened automatically for fraud. We may ask you to confirm details before shipping and may cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.

Order confirmation

You receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of paying. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support@vibresmode.com.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for timing.
